I mean, yeah, obviously my intent is on my sleeves... but let's be real, DA's standards are way too strict. This isn't even PG-13. This is PG at worst. Honestly this is more comedic than anything else given Will's attitude. Oh no, the villains captured the heroes... except Will is being a poor sport about it. This isn't canon to the books, but it could be canon. Universe-23 is weird like that. She comes from well before the Cosmos as we know, hailing from the Epoch of the Cosmos. It would seem she did not properly reincarnate when the Cosmos moved onto the modern phase. In the case of ANTIMagic Haze, he assumes his physical form. Normally this is optional for him when he is in the Unlight, but the Dark Void forces him into his physical form. This prevents him from merging with people.      Will on the other hand gains a new form called "Catlock." Catlock appears to be an alteration to Will's Deadlock persona. You can read more about them in this lore entry . Here's the story:      Shark accepted a bounty placed on Will's head for his capture. He lured Will into an isolated location, hosed him down with an experimental hardening goo, and went to go watch TV. When the criminal comes to pay up, Shark will betray them, free Will, and have Will turn the criminal into the authorities. Shark walks away with the money and another criminal is behind bars. IT'S FOOLPROOF! Disregarding the fact that Mary is already on her way.

Sam and Will were investigating an abandoned house believed to be used by The Death Knell Coven at one point when Will triggered a booby trap. "Because, Inferno; When expecting booby traps, always send a boob in first."      That Beast Wars quote's not relevant, I just thought it was funny. I want to make it clear that if we ever go into a place with booby traps, I will be the one to get mummified, not you guys. Other than all of that, there's not much to say, so I'll leave it there.

They consist of Faustus, Mira, Cliff, Mayhem, Inkblot, Voltage, and Dolus & Iocus... Inkblot showed up when Will started to get his memories back from the incident that separated him from Faustus. Seeing that he was trying to be an artist and having troubles, Inkblot took pity on him and became one of his devils.      Inkblot focuses on creativity, using his ink to create temporary constructs to aid his summoner. The ULTRAMagic Guild has suspicions that this could be an ANTIMagic Mage, but those chances were slim. Ignition had just gotten back from a mission that ended with the timeline in question annihilating itself through nuclear war, so this was seen as a nice and easy mission to relax his nerves.      What Will, Haze, and the guild did not expect was that there was a mage and it took the form of a blob of pure poison with poison based magic... Will does not want to call for backup given the failure of his biggest mission, but his instincts are telling him to run and get help. In this case, Will was in a turbulent mood, most likely due to overstimulation. Chaos form is a more wild and unpredictable state consisting of erratic behavior. Will is difficult to reason with and acts with reckless abandon. This can be attributed to him knowing that Haze will protect him. As for Haze, the overstimulation spreads to him, suppressing his reason and logic. A massive concern held by M.A.I.G., The Liger Brigade, and The ULTRAMagic Guild is the question of whether or not other individuals bonded to Haze can exhibit such behavior.      The duo's abilities are similar to their normal state in concept. The Liger Brigade's attempt ended when Haze possessed one of the guards guarding his containment cell. Thankfully, Haze would be drawn to Will/ULTRAMagic Shadow (a special agent of the Liger Brigade). The two would form a friendship that would lead to Haze sticking around Will. This was a relief for the brigade and M.A.I.G. as now they could keep an eye on Haze. Then Dr. Reynard Woodall (lead scientist of M.A.I.G.) put forth an unsettling idea: If Haze exists, then what's stopping other entities like him from existing? They got lucky with Haze because he made himself easy to detect.
