ULTRAMagic Alternate

Art Page - Master Post - Patreon Originally drawn on: 6/12/2023 - - - - - In regards to Infinity: Despite his specialty being Soul magic, Infinity is a bit of a savant when it comes to Alchemy. He has yet to create a Philosopher's Stone, but displays traits of a master Alchemist, as observed by Drusa and Hermes Trismegistus. Getting stuck in the rift did have its perks, allowing him to study Alchemy for an ungodly amount of time. Why he has not created a stone yet is unclear. It has also been questioned whether or not his aptitude is actually Alchemy, rather than Soul magic. Infinity is starting to branch out into Necromancy and Aura. Necromancy is not exactly necessary, but several of his fellow guild mates have pushed him to start learning it. Aoife made him start learning Aura after seeing his lacking physical strength. Even though he retired from the Reality Walkers, he has had to go back and clean up a few messes here and there. In regards to Lance: Lance despises it when yo...

It is very easy to find familiar landscapes, monuments, and buildings there. What many do not realize is that ideas can also influence the Unlight when they become truly ubiquitous. Humanities' obsession with building things bigger and bigger lead to the creation of The City of Monuments. This mostly uninhabited city in the Unlight lies close to all versions of Earth and contains buildings that are too big for humans or similar species to comfortably live in. Buildings that would normally be three stories and would only occupy a block or two become the size of towns and cities. One of the most noteworthy structures in the city is the Tower of Babel.      As far as we know, the Tower of Babel from the book of Genesis never actually existed... That was not going to stop it from poppin...

Art Page - Master Post - Patreon Originally drawn on: 10/9/2022 - - - - - - - Ignatius' Problem - -      Since there was a lot typed in my initial uploads of Infinity, I won't bore you with recounting what has already been covered. And while we should touch more on his background with the Reality Walkers, we shall save that for a future upload.      What can be said about Infinity's original timeline is that both of his parents were ULTRAMagic mages. Oddly they never joined the guild, but that is currently beside the point. What matters here is that Ignatius had great magic potential as early as 6, albeit he had immense trouble controlling it... because he was a young child. His parents were indeed planning on giving him proper training as soon as he turned 10. Married couples with ULTRAMagic are rare, so the effect this level has on the body is not yet fully understood.      What we can discern here is that it does affect childbirth. If a ...
