Art Page - Master Post - Patreon Originally drawn on: 12/10/2022 - - - - - - - History of Devils (In brief) - -      Devils are a sort of proto-demon that existed long before the advent of fallen angels, arch demons, and demons themselves. Before the 4 emperors of Hell (Demoriel, Carnasiel, Caspiel, and Amenadiel) arrived in Hell, Devils pretty much did whatever. They were carefree and were only concerned with what they were going to do that day. Then the 4 emperors arrived, 4 greater archangels who sought to have a kingdom all to their own, much like what Adonai had did with Heaven. The Devils welcomed the emperors oddly enough and seemed to revere them instantly. Some of these Devils would truly dedicate themselves to the emperors and became the first demons through learning and guidance. ULTRAMagic Alternate Lore 28 - Inferno Previous: Scotty Cottonwood | First | Next: Special 1 - Voidcallers Vol 1 Master Post - Patreon Suggested Reading: Lore Entry 18 - Devils Lore Entry 26 - ACF-100      Inferno, a name and realm that invokes ideas of demons, fallen angels, darkness, damnation, and all that is wicked. In reality it is vastly more complicated than anyone could possibly imagine with its own conflicts, politics, and societal dynamics that mirror the societies of Earth to a surprising degree. Across the Cosmos, various Inferno’s exist hidden from human perception and shape the realm of man alongside Heaven, for better or for worse. Most will never interact with this realm, but those who do are changed forever and have their eyes open to what is really going on in the Cosmos, much like if one entered The Unlight, Purgatory, or The Realm of Chaos.      The war between The Tyrant God and The Sepulcher God has extended all over the Cosmos and...

Previous | First | Next Master Post - Patreon Devils      Devils are a ubiquitous type of entity from the realm known as Inferno. They are the first residents of the realm and have persisted to this day. While their name has been confused and misused over the eons, they have remained the cheerful, easy going demons that they are supposed to be known for. They also play a key role in necromancy, being the noteworthy entity to summon. Unbeknownst to Earth, they have quite the history in their home realm. What are Devils and where do they come from?      Devils are proto demons that were the first residents of Inferno. While they do not perfectly remember their origin due to age and information loss, what they do remember is the meaning of their name. Devil in their tongue means “Children from darkness.” Something that sets devils apart from demons is their elemental affinities, which influence their appearance and mannerisms. Devils are also comparable to...
