The City of Death itself consisted of a mix of classical and Romanesque architecture, but stretched and warped into a city that would have been truly impossible for mere men to create. What could have been a normal, two-story building turned into a ten-story fortress or tower. These unintentionally formed more of the great walls that made up the sections of the city. And even though the buildings touched the cloudy, dark sky of the Abyssal Gulf, there seemed to be areas where the buildings stretched downwards into what appeared to be a bottomless abyss. It was almost like the city had risen up from the dark depths to serve as an anchor and focal point for the realm. Things were far from stagnant in The City of Death, however.
