ULTRAMagic Alternate

While a seemingly bizarre hybrid universe of magic and old-time technology clearly set after some form of apocalyptic event, it was not always like that. Prior to the era of The Spiritus Magni, Earth-0X was similar to Earth-23 – but there was a time of great conflict and strife, where humanity was on the verge of collapse and extinction at the hands of a vile alliance of truly evil men who sought to claim Earth for themselves, and kill the planet if they could not achieve their goals. The actions of Neue Weltordnung would lead to a World War, the rage of the Spiritus Magni, and a great collapse that would s...

Art Page - Master Post - Patreon Originally uploaded on: 10/30/2024 - - - - -      Here's the Ludwig revamp I've been meaning to get around to. This is just the character reference, so nothing fancy. I do want to draw Ludwig doing stuff regardless.      Lore? There is no new lore. Check out Lore Entry 15 on Universe-0X if you want to know more about him. Don't worry, I'll get around to fixing it. Here's the Tumblr post if you don't want to wait.      Are the previous suits still canon? Yes. In the time it took Ludwig to regain his memories, he went through several suits, trying to discover who he was. Since Ludwig is actually a winged dog demon, I figured it was time to give him a canine influence. Also I drew his full face. Yeah, the "hiding his identity" thing from the first drawing is being somewhat retconed. The suit is polymateria-based magical glass by the way.

Art Page - Master Post - Patreon Originally drawn on: 12/30/2023 - - - - -      ULTRAMagic Richter is one of the more... rambunctious members of the ULTRAMagic Guild. He's also a more recent member, hailing from the same universe as Lance (Universe-0X). The two were even comrades in the very conflict that sent Lance to the Unlight. The "enlightenment" he afforded their universe allowed Richter to achieve ULTRAMagic. Richter naturally went off on his own and ended up in the Unlight. Unfortunately the two did not get along, so Lance was not exactly thrilled when Richter showed up in the guild hall.      Richter's magic seems to be an aberrant ability that mixes earth and fire into volcanic and earthquake spells. His favored technique is coating his body in hardened lava and engaging in hand to hand combat with his opponents. A consequence of his magic is that he smells like sulfur when using it.      Richter seems to have issues with his fami...

Previous | First | Next Master Post - Patreon Universe-0X      The Cosmos proper is home to many universes, each with their own unique stories and experiences. Some of these are of particular note to entire realms and other universes. Universe-0X is a chaotic universe that has had multiple interactions with the mysterious realm known as The Unlight. Several mages from this universe have even joined the ULTRAMagic Guild. Furthermore, the denizens of Universe-0X have engaged with several universes in its vicinity. This has warranted the attention of organizations such as The Time Watchers, The Multiverse Patrol, and the aforementioned ULTRAMagic Guild.      The Earth of Universe-0X is what draws the most interest in this situation. It is a timeline where humanity is heavily invested in magic, yet continuously falls victim to calamities throughout the centuries. These have led to a version of humanity that is limited to alchemy, has started a two front war...
