...a werewolf of all things was combating the author. This werewolf was a monstrous and imposing black wolf known as Vilde Jan Herbertsson. A Swedish viking from the days of the Aesir who served alongside Odin in battles against The Sons of Muspel across the Cosmos, Vilde is known for being the originator of the legend of The Black Shuck in Universe-CCXL9 after spending some time in Britain at some point in the past. In the modern era he had retreated to the wilderness of Scandinavia, but the ruination of Earth at the hands of The Extinction Order had caused him to go on the warpath behind the scenes. In truth, it is possible that the hero’s actions may not have been necessary, as Vilde was making good headway in stopping The Extinction Order.
And I think with that quote and excerpt from the Lore Entry that you should be able to piece together which moment this is. Although, I can tell you the shiny red man here calls himself "Mr. Grintex" in this state.
