Comparisons to ULTRAMagic Disciple:

I suppose I can make some remarks in regards to things between then and now...
  • The Soul crystals are still a thing. I was going to include them, but I couldn't figure out how to incorporate them. So now they just show up when he's really using his magic.
  • Obviously how he attained ULTRAMagic has changed drastically. I won't spoil how he does it in the story proper.
  • This will be his canon look going forward. If you want to know more, get to Interlude: Shadowland. You'll also find out more about the fireball he's holding.
  • Aureolus can be vanquished, but no one is sure how death or reincarnation would work for him. Best to keep him safe and sound.
  • The cloak is still there, it's just more of a cape that can become a set of wings now. The mask is absolutely gone, however.
  • He'll still becomes friends with ULTRAMagic Entropy. He's also still ULTRAMagic Disciple.
