UMAE 2023 - ULTRAMagic Shadow Again

ULTRAMagic Shadow is one of the newest members of the ULTRAMagic Guild, a guild of mages and warriors in The Unlight. They are dedicated to seeking out ULTRAMagic neophytes and making sure no one disrupts the balance of the Cosmos (to the best of their ability). An important fact here is that Will did not choose his title, he inherited it. Shadow was previously Aoife Crawford, who now goes by ULTRAMagic Devil. Regardless, Will was welcomed with open arms. There was the issue of the fact that Will is a bit shy and stubborn. Typically mages with form teams and recruit other guild members into said teams. Infinity and Walker have offered Will to join, but he keeps getting nervous and declines.
Will would come to the attention of ULTRAMagic Richter... Richard Callahan is an explosive Scotsman with some Irish blood in him who is never too far from a bottle of whiskey. He also has the power of Volcano, with his limbs resembling lava. Richter saw Will being a loner one day and decided to form a team with him. He is very compulsive... Of course this was noticed by the de facto leaders who immediately realized Shadow and Richter were a volatile combination. ULTRAMagic Artillery, Desperado, Hunter, and Hoplite would be called in to join this newly founded team. Artillery was a specific choice as she had worked with Blood-Wraith and other ULTRAMagic neophytes in the past. Plus Richter is a gentleman and would never back sass a lady.

This was going to be pretty basic because I need a reference for my characters. If you want the color guide, it's on the previous drawing. Just note that I don't use colors for shading for the most part and stick to multiply layers. What I am saying is that once you get the rough color down, do whatever you want in regards to shading.
White Suit
Is the White Suit canon? Yes and no. It is in the sense that Shadow's suit can take on this appearance. Will can make the suit whatever color or texture he wants, much like a handful of other ULTRAMagic Guild members. This color scheme is one Will likes and he occasionally switches his suit over to it.
Red Suit

The red suit is a unique manifestation of Shadow's power. This variation of the suit belongs to ANTIMagic Colony, a mage closely related to Will. Before we discuss how this influences Will, we must briefly discuss ANTIMagic. ANTIMagic designates mages with chaotic, unpredictable magic. This is not to be confused with Aberrant magic as many of these mages have aberrant abilities. ANTIMagic forms usually when there is a great upheaval in one's magic. What this upheaval is can be literally anything. The end result is either the mage in question being corrupted or forming a new entity altogether. There is also the possibility that an ANTIMagic mage can form from the collective emotions of a group of people. Whatever the case, The ULTRAMagic Guild, The Liger Brigade, and M.A.I.G. are very concerned about these mages.
Back to Shadow and Colony, Colony seems to have formed when Shadow attained ULTRAMagic. She is a demon who shares the same consciousness as Shadow and manifests as a colony life form (hence her codename). Naturally she possesses her own ULTRAMagic, but this manifests as ANTIMagic. Outside of the distinction, it's not too far off from what Shadow can do. The key difference between Shadow and Colony is that Colony's aptitude is Alchemy and her specialty is Necromancy. Of important note is that Colony is NOT allowed to enter the universe under any circumstances. She is to keep to realms such as Hell or the Unlight as her cells are infectious and can integrate into anything. Colony is not hostile, but the risk of a disaster is still there.
As for how the red suit relates to Shadow, it seems to come out during periods of emotional distress. Colony keeps some of Shadow's emotions at bay. There are moments when Shadow goes berserk, however. This occurs when Shadow and Colony are on the same page, so-to-speak. Both mages become incredibly aggressive and hard to reason with. So far Shadow has only activated the red suit out of anger once since gaining ULTRAMagic. This was against Zoltan Dracul after the two got into a heated argument. This ended when Zoltan knocked Shadow unconscious. Of course, Will does not have to be angry to activate the red suit. Colony has lent her power to Shadow on multiple occasions. Likewise, Shadow can lend his power to Colony, causing her suit to take on the appearance of his.
