To get us started, check this out: ULTRAMagic Alternate Lore #1: The basics of Magic Yes, I need to expand this a bit, such as doing lore posts for Necromancy and Alchemy. Necromancers can call on various entities to help them. Devils and demons are the most common, with fae and fairies being the second most common. This upload: Faustus talks about how necromancers typically call upon devils. Something that is possible is for a devil to possess their partner to grant them even more power, assuming their bond is good enough. Dolus and Iocus touch upon this, albeit with a slight wrench. That wrench being that Will is a weirdo and pairs up perfectly with the rubber devil for some reason...
Will is a perfect example to talk about considering he is a necromancer. As you can see here: Will (2023), Will is channeling Faustus, a partial possession. This is not exclusive to devils, however. Demons can do this too, under the same circumstances. And with this artwork, you can see what happens when a demon/devil possesses a necromancer. This is the result of Antonio Pari Casual Antonio possessing Will, becoming Spiderlock. There is one problem with this form... You should never let Will and Antonio become Spiderlock as they will never unfuse. They really like being Spiderlock.
What is the fusion like? The fusion stemming from full-blown possession creates a new entity of sorts. This entity is based on the demon/devil and necromancer and all three act as one being for the duration of the fusion. The identity of the fusion is also based on the demon/devil and the necromancer. What is Spiderlock like? He's a slight himbo who is bubbly and carefree. Despite the appearance, he has a stunning, manly voice. It's not too high and not too deep. He also draws on elements of Antonio and Will's personalities, so he will display traits of both of them at various times. As you can see, he has thing for latex because obviously. In regards to Spiderlock's name, it is based on Deadlock, Will's true self. Something else to note is that gender is dictated by the necromancer. If Antonio were to fuse with say Samantha, the fusion would be female.
What can Spiderlock do? I'll get back to you on that one. Will and Antonio don't really use it for fights or bouts if you catch my drift.
While I don't have Antonio's demon form up yet as of this upload, I can link this: Character Reference: Antonio Pari Antonio's signature suit is based on his demon form. The color of the suit is his primary color. And as for Deadlock, here you go: Character Reference: Deadlock Yes, I will be doing a 2023 drawing for Deadlock soon. As for why Spiderlock doesn't have more of Deadlock's traits, it is because Antonio fused with Will, not Deadlock. Deadlock isn't the same as Will despite the consciousness being the same.
