- - Who is Aoife? - -
The ULTRAMagic guild is home to many interesting mages and warriors. They hail from all across the multiverse, no matter what their origin is. The guild does not have a leader in favor of the members being their own leader, so-to-speak. They are allowed to do as these please, within reason. Obviously don't betray the guild, don't attack other members, and don't do things that would place you on a most-wanted list. Despite the lack of a proper leadership, there are de facto leaders of the guild. Individuals such as ULTRAMagic Magistrate, Reaper, Vanguard, Disciple, Blood-Wraith, Entropy, Infinity, and Devil are all considered leaders.
Speaking of Devil, she is quite the interesting member. Firstly she is widely regarded as one of the physically strongest members of the guild. Secondly, she seems to come from a past iteration of William's universe. Much like the Reality Walker Infinity, Aoife seems to come from 4 iterations prior to the iteration where William exists. While not William, she does appear to have served his role back in her iteration.
Back in her timeline, she was fighting a great evil that was formed of malignant magic. The two had reached a stalemate and nothing could seem to break it. At some point, Aoife had an utterly insane idea: What if she used the big crunch to stop the evil magic? With the help of the mountain dwarves, she cast a spell that bound the evil to the universe, but this had a cost. Aoife would have to go to the Unlight and leave her timeline forever. She needed to act as a reality anchor in the void for the spell to work. While heartbreaking, she knew there was no other way.
Upon entering the Unlight, Aoife's spell went into full effect and trapped the great evil. At that point it was only a matter of time before the universe collapsed in on itself and reset with another big bang. What happened to the great evil is unclear, but it is suspected that it reincarnated as a human in later iterations of Aoife's universe. Currently it is suspected to be the unknown leader of a foul coven of Warlocks. Dr. Adalph Wolfgang Faust is also not out of the question. Of note, it is suspected that Dr. Faust may be that unknown leader in question.

Aoife was a loner for a long time. She was depressed from having to abandon her timeline and made her reserved and quiet for a while. Eventually she was sought out by Magistrate, Reaper, and Infinity. The three had been keeping an eye on her for some time as they wanted to let her have some time to herself. At some point, they planned to recruit her into the guild and that time was now. It took some time to convince her, but eventually Aoife conceded.
It had been long enough and there was no use crying anymore. It was time to pick herself up and resume her duties as a mage, even if she was in a radically different realm. This occasion also prompted her to change her identity. Originally she was ULTRAMagic Shadow, but seeing William running about prompted to change to ULTRAMagic Devil. This came from the fact that her true self was a Devil from Hell itself. It only seemed fitting to pick an identity more suited to who she was.

Aoife would take up the role of being a mentor and tutor for the guild. By the end of her stay in her timeline, she was quite the capable mage and had some useful techniques and methods for ULTRAMagic. It also helped that she was patient, friendly, sassy, and supportive. When it comes to training, she doesn't hold back. You either complete the training or you don't. There is no "I'll try my best" or "I'll do the best I can." You either do or you do not. This attitude may stem from her old timeline. She's never mean, just stern and stoic. Despite how rough her training is, she has produced some of the best mages the guild has ever seen.
Her track record of producing spectacular mages lead to her being seen as one of the leaders of the guild. While she prefers not to be seen as a leader, she doesn't mind being looked up to as one. When she's not tending to guild business or training a new recruit, she usually spends time alone with her hobbies. Her hobbies include Weight lifting, video games, anime, and reading. She also dabbles in painting and drawing from time to time.
Weirdly Aoife's original magic aptitude seemed to be Weave magic (Although it could be argued it was more Aura magic than Weave). Upon becoming an ULTRAMagic Mage, she shifted over to Soul Magic. This is an interesting contrast to William, whose aptitude is Necromancy. Aoife seems to prefer using magic to augment her physical abilities and allow for some regeneration. One thing she had not perfected back in her timeline was ranged magic, which her friends were constantly bugging her to learn. Fortunately Magistrate has been able to convince her to start learning this kind of magic.
Since she had gained a liking for Soul Magic, it seemed only natural that she learn how to throw fireballs, create ice, and shoot lightning from her fingertips. Aside from her magic, she is fairly skilled at hand to hand combat. Her style is a mix of boxing and wrestling, with some Karate techniques mixed in. She also wanted to check out Kung Fu, BUT OH GEE A MALIGNANT MAGIC EVIL THINGY WAS DESTROYING HER TIMELINE.
Take note that Aoife alongside Magistrate and Vanguard, lead a squad of guild members dedicated to protecting other members. Should any member be threatened, this squad will descend on the aggressor. Usually guild members can get themselves out of trouble... but there's always that rare, worst case scenario.

After spending some time in the Unlight, Aoife had remembered that her son had persisted several universe iterations later. Now they were on 4 iterations after Aoife had sacrificed her existence to save their universe. While she was superstitious about returning to her timeline in future iterations, she had to see her son again. He wouldn't recognize Aoife, but she did not care. She picked a moment where her son's current parents had stepped out so she could go undetected. She entered the room to a crib containing a baby boy who was just minding his own business... doing nothing. Upon seeing her child again, a warm smile grew on her face and a tear rolled down her cheek. The boy saw this woman and... laughed. He had no idea who this was, but it felt like it was his mother to him. Aoife then reached in, picked up her son, and cradled him in her arms.
"Hey there, kiddo, mom's here. Sorry I had to leave for so long... sadly I still have to work, but just know that I will always be watching over you. I will always be there for you even if you're all alone. Also jeez, you're big in this timeline... wow."
This made her boy laugh again. Unfortunately Aoife could sense the other parents returning, so she had to cut the visit short. After giving him a kiss on the forehead, she laid him back down gently in the crib and said goodbye. She then vanished, returning to the Unlight. Upon returning to the ULTRAMagic Guild, the other's noticed that Aoife was a little off. She was not very talkative, so everyone just let her be. Aoife was not one for crying, but this was one of the few times where she let her emotions out. She spent a while crying silently in her office. She knew her son was in for a rough time as that iteration of their universe had... unique issues. She finally took solace in the fact that her grandson would be also watching after him, guiding him and rallying their family from Hell to make it so her son wouldn't be up the river without a paddle. She then decided she would spend some time with the only family she had at the moment in the guild...
"Ignatius, want to hang out? Have some grandson-grandmother time?"

Alright then, that took forever. Let's go over a few things:
So yes, ULTRAMagic Magistrate is up next. He will be the next upload. Sorry if you've been following me as of late and expected another guy in latex, but this needs to happen. I think he'll be quite the interesting character. GEEZ, I AM JUST PILING UP WORK FOR MYSELF. I'm not even halfway done with my backlog yet. The thing is that I am on a roll with this stuff. I mentioned ULTRAMagic Alternate back in ULTRAMagic Ex's upload and I have started it... lord only knows when I will actually finish chapter 1. I really need to get going on that because that has something REALLY important to the entire storyline. I might actually have to put my art on hold at this rate...
Yes, Aoife is going to look similar to Shadow. I thought it would look neat to have the magic embedded in Aoife's skin this time around. It puts emphasis on her muscles. I want to note that this isn't the only female ULTRAMagic mage and she won't be the last. There's not too much report on the art process here. I will note that the gap in completion was the right arm... for some reason it took me forever to finish it and I don't know why. I was unsure what to draw as a scene, so maybe that is what stalled me out. I originally intended to have her in the ULTRAMagic guild hall, but I changed my mind and just added an Unlight rock for her to lean on.

- Aoife's muscles get bigger when her magic is active
- If I didn't make it clear before, yes, my character's aptitude is Necromancy
- Aoife is not me, nor am I another incarnation of her. Like I said, she fulfilled my role in her timeline.
